Wonder what this means for businesses over at the Courtyard Center.

The newsletter Real Estate Alert said the 69,000-square-foot property is fully leased to tenants including Tri-Valley Bank and Liberty Mutual. It sits at 2410 San Ramon Blvd., near the intersection of Interstate 680 and Crow Canyon Road.
Close to half of the leases are set to expire in the next two and a half years.
Retail space in San Ramon is 96 percent occupied, Real Estate Alert reported, citing NAI BT Commercial.
